I was featured in The Exchange in a piece on HotelOnline’s expansion during Covid, where I spoke about our acquisitions of AfricaBookings and Cloud9 and what they added to the business. My comments focused on using a difficult period to strengthen our B2C strategy, expand into new markets, add integrated travel and experience products, and help hotels recover lost OTA revenue while preparing for a gradual market recovery.
